Khulm District

Khulm or Khulmi (Pashto: خلم، Dari: خُلم) (see Kholm, Afghanistan) is a district of Samangan province, Afghanistan.[2] Its capital lies at Kholm. In 2019 the estimated population was 81,234.[3]
