Nicholas Cosmo: Difference between revisions

Nicholas Cosmo is a financier who was arrested January 26, 2009 on charges of a $400 million Ponzi scheme using his company Agape World Inc. in Hauppage, New York. Authorities arrested him in New York and he will be arraigned on charges of securities fraud and other charges.^[1] Although this case is already being compared to the Ponzi schemes of Bernard Madoff ($50 billion) and Arthur Nadel ($350 million), authorities believe Cosmo has no relation to these other frauds.
