The event-list-table Template:Event_list was created by occasional user Pee Tern on 28 October 2008, to simplify listing a group of dated events, as a table of 1, 2, or 3 columns, by simply changing "columns=n". -Wikid77 (talk) 05:19, 3 August 2010 (UTC)

The main purpose of Template:Event_list is to simplify listing a group of events in 1, 2, 3 (etc.) columns, rather than rewrite a table when more columns are needed. -Wikid77 (talk) 05:19, 3 August 2010 (UTC)
