Capitalization

For most of the article, the Latvian name of the organization is rendered as "Tautas fronte", but in one section, the name is capitalized as it would ordinarily be in English: "Tautas Fronte". I have no Latvian and so I don't know whether "Tautas fronte" is actually correctly capitalized (compare, for example, the uncapitalized geographical adjectives in French and Spanish, as in, e.g., sauce africaine, that would be capitalized in English—in that example, "African sauce"). Either way, the article shouldn't go back and forth between two different capitalizations. Could a Latvian speaker opine on this, please?
