    The dog likes conversations to be intelligible, so will watch your talk page for a while after howling on it. Please reply there. If you comment in the dog's bowl, please indicate if you expect your reply to go elsewhere.

    The dog is friendly and housetrained, but has been known to sometimes come across as rather rrrufff. Don't take it personally, he just doesn't want to howl all night where a few barks will do.
