Nacíu en 1947,[2] esti historiador y analista[3] ye autor de títulos como Uganda: Tarnished Pearl of Africa (Westview Press, 1996),[4] y Paradise Lost: A History of Game Preservation in East Africa (West Virginia University Press, 2002),[5][lower-alpha 1] nel que retoma la so tesis doctoral,[7] amás d'un Historical Dictionary of Ethiopia, escritu xunto a David H.
