Early career (2017–2021)

She made her in-ring debut on June 24, 2017 under the name Tesha Price. On December 16, 2017, she made her Shine Wrestling debut at Shine 47, competing in a battle royal to determine the #1 contender for the Shine Championship, which was won by Rain. Later that night, she also competed in a 4-way match against Dynamite DiDi, Kikyo, and Robyn Reid, which would be won by DiDi.[2] She appeared on the July 25 episode of NXT under the name Tenilla Price, losing a squash match to Lacey Evans, where after the match Evans draped her used handkerchief across Price's face. On August 8, now back under the name Tesha Price, she lost to Britt Baker in a dark match held during the second annual Mae Young Classic.[2] She made her All Elite Wrestling debut on the November 6, 2020 episode of Dark in a match against Big Swole, which she lost.[3] She made her Dynamite debut on December 9, where she lost to Abadon.[4]

WWE (2021–present)

In 2021, she returned to WWE under the name of Fallon Henley during Joe Gacy's invitation for NXT wrestlers, and faced Gacy that night, before being interrupted by Diamond Mine.[5] Throughout the remainder of late 2021 and into early 2022, Henley competed on 205 Live and NXT 2.0 in losing efforts against the likes of Ivy Nile, Tiffany Stratton and Lash Legend. As 2022 went along, Henley's backstory was explained as she was a country girl who worked at her family's bar to pay for her wrestling training, and developed a friendship with Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen who had similar blue collar/country characters. Henley began feuding with Kiana James. James, as part of her businesswoman gimmick, was looking to buy the Henley family bar and redevelop the land for condos. After awhile, James and Henley developed a grudging respect and formed a team.

At NXT Vengeance Day, Henley and James defeated Katana Chance and Kayden Carter to win the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship, the first title in her wrestling career. On April 1, 2023 at NXT Stand & Deliver, they lost the tag titles to Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn.[6] Later on NXT, Henley and James tried to regain their titles against Dawn and Fyre but they were unsuccessful. After discovering that James was cheating on Brooks Jensen with a man named Sebastian, Fallon parted ways with James but Jensen choose to stay with James. However on April 25 at Spring Breakin', Henley and Josh Briggs beat James and Jensen,[7] which caused James to finally admit to Jensen that she never actually loved him. She broke up with him, leading Jensen to reunite with Henley and Briggs. On the May 16 episode of NXT, Henley was defeated in the first round of the NXT Women's Championship Tournament by Cora Jade. Henley would take the final spot in the women's Iron Survivor Challenge in December, determined by a last chance fatal four-way match also including James, Roxanne Perez and Thea Hail, which she won. However, she failed to win the match at NXT Deadline.

At NXT: New Year's Evil on January 2, 2024, Henley's win over Stratton made the latter become a "Ranch Hand for a Day”.[8] At NXT Stand & Deliver on April 6, Henley teamed up with Kelani Jordan and Chase University's Thea Hail to defeat Jacy Jayne, Kiana James, and Izzi Dame in a six-woman tag team match.[9] At Night 2 of Spring Breakin', Henley turned heel for the first time in her career by attacking Hail following Hail's victory over Jayne.[10][11] Back in April at NXT Stand & Deliver, NXT general manager Ava announced the newly created NXT Women's North American Championship, and Henley went through as one of the top 12 participants from the preliminary combine to compete for a spot in the six-woman ladder match to crown the inaugural champion at NXT Battleground.[12] On the May 21 episode of NXT, Henley defeated Hail to qualify for a spot at NXT Battleground.[13]
