English: 491 Afghan National Police graduates from the Police Officer Candidate School in Sivas, Turkey are honored during a ceremony at the Afghan Ministry of Interior headquarters attended by family members, staff, and representatives from the countries of Japan and Turkey. Cadets from throughout Afghanistan attended the six-month course in Sivas to learn advanced policing skills and develop their professionalism and leadership potential.
