Description
Русский: Ледяные шары диаметром 5–10 сантиметров. При замерзании воды в спокойных условиях морской лёд проходит несколько фаз. Сначала образуются ледяные иглы, затем они переходят в так называемое ледяное сало. Если при этом ещё и снег добавляется, то образуются снежура или шуга. Затем при дальнейшем замерзании образуется ниласовый лёд, или просто нилас. При слабом волнении одной из разновидностей ниласа становится блинчатый лед. Представляет он собой пластины льда округлой формы, в диаметре такие пластины колеблются от 30 см до 3 м, а вот толщина их – около 10 см.
