The bus driver then stopped near Interstate 95 and flagged down a trooper at a construction site. The trooper allegedly demanded Jian to drop his weapon, but he refused. The trooper then fired on the suspect, fatally wounding him. Another person received minor injuries from a bullet ricocheting off pavement from the officer's gun.[26][27] |
