NIILM University campus is located in the small town of Kaithal, spread over 22 acres of land near Kiorak village on the Kaithal to Ambala National Highway 65 in Haryana. It is also the first private university in rural areas and was established by NIILM Education Trust in 2011 under the Haryana Private University Act.[6]
