Dr. Tripathi has reviewed this Wikipedia page, and provided us with the following comments to improve its quality:
I do not think caste based Census should be conducted. We need to differentiate between poor and non poor and entire policies should be focused on these differences. so I don't make any comment on this article.
We hope Wikipedians on this talk page can take advantage of these comments and improve the quality of the article accordingly.
