Opened by Queen Elizabeth II? Source?
I took out the bit about Queen Elizabeth opening the games as it appeared to be copied from the previous games' infobox (as was the Main Venue, which was wrong).
She didn't actually attend the opening ceremony, but looking back through infoboxes past she is credited as doing so often, including at Bermuda 2013. Is this correct? Is she officially the opener even if she's not in attendance?
