Map

The map used purports to show the "Location of the Aequi in central Italy."

While the Etrusci and Sabini territories are labelled, that of the Aequi is not, making the map pretty irrelevant to this entry.

The name was 'Aequicoli' or 'Aequiculi', which is a deminutive of 'Aequi'.The similarity to words endig '-cola' is superficial.--jn 147.251.80.34 (talk) 11:21, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
