Undue weight issue (by virtue of non-inclusion)

In noticing the problem of articles which have been edited so as to strictly pertain to one narrow aspect (in the case of this article, the actual game of baseball), two things come to mind:

  • Shouldn't the role of H. A. Boucher in the team's history be mentioned here? Methinks so.
  • More to the present day, I'm to understand that the death of Bill Stroecker has resulted in a severe drop in financial support for the team this year. Methinks this is also worth mentioning if it's true.

In general, no mention of either person. This in spite of the fact that either could be said to have been far more important to the team and its history than anyone who ever played for them, regardless of how famous those players became in later life.RadioKAOS (talk) 18:06, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
