Title

This article needs a better title, but I have been unable to find any mention of this event in Google Books. Any suggestions? Appleseed (Talk) 16:11, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

I would suggest using a library. Cheers,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); 16:57, February 16, 2009 (UTC)
"Augustow Roundup" would be much more accurate than "Augustow Chase". The communist perpetrators of this horrible crime were not "chasing" after the Democratic Underground Soldiers and civilians ... they were "rounding them up," thus the word "roundup" is more appropriate here than the word "Chase" ... An extensive article on this very subject that is published on our website is entitled "Augustow Roundup" Doomed Soldiers (talk) 00:03, 22 September 2009 (UTC)
I agree. Renamed the lead (article was already under "roundup"). --01:02, 25 May 2011 (UTC)

B-class

Confirming for WP:POLAND, per MILHIST rating. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 03:39, 9 June 2011 (UTC)

Not Only Katyn

I added link the English language version of the "Nie tylko Katyn" article. While still very much in works, it offers much broader, personal accounts of the witnesses of this genocide. Please feel free to utilize it in expanding this article. Doomed Soldiers (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 17:01, 15 October 2011 (UTC).

Pleonastic clarification

In "Aftermath" chapter one can read "...and 15 children under the age of 18". Can somebody give an example of children above the age of 18? Carlotm (talk) 04:39, 23 April 2016 (UTC)
