Sources and cites.

Many referenced sources have dead URLs. I also discovered several archived pages with no information. Non-book cites should have complete date if available. Many of the "newspaper" cites have the publication date shortened to just the year, I completed a few dates.

There is a mix of SFNs and <ref>...</ref>. I do not have an issue with this but there should be more consistency about which ref/cites use which format. SFNs are difficult to implement for non-authored, non-paged sources, like newspaper & web articles.
