Bhopal overview photograph/montage

Can anyone get a photo which provides a view of at least some of Bhopal areas, and not a street pic or a building. If possible, create a montage. I uploaded a pic, although of poor quality several times, beacause i thought it is better to have something than nothing. But if all members have views against the work, then i'd discontinue this practice.

Relevance of "smart city" bit for LEAD?

How important is it to put that smart city bit in the lead section? I don't think it's that important. That whole paragraph about the smart city selection and the cleanliness should be moved elsewhere.
