Real case?

I'm not sure this is a real United States Supreme Court case, per se...

COIT ET AL. v. GREEN ET AL.

No. 71-425.

SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES

404 U.S. 997; 92 S. Ct. 564; 30 L. Ed. 2d 550; 1971 U.S. LEXIS 3592; 72-1 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) P9123A; 29 A.F.T.R.2d (RIA) 370

December 20, 1971.

PRIOR HISTORY: [*1] Affirmed on appeal from D.C.D.C. Reported below: 330 F. Supp. 1150.

OPINION

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Judgment affirmed.

This seems to be the entirety of the decision. --MZMcBride (talk) 04:28, 11 May 2014 (UTC)

It is certainly a "real case" from the perspective of litigants having received a decision from district court, and this decision having been appealed, and a Supreme Court opinion having issued that made the district court decision the final word on the matter. Perhaps this is notable enough as a district court decision to be discussed as one. bd2412 T 17:31, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
