It is certainly a "real case" from the perspective of litigants having received a decision from district court, and this decision having been appealed, and a Supreme Court opinion having issued that made the district court decision the final word on the matter. Perhaps this is notable enough as a district court decision to be discussed as one. bd2412 T 17:31, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
