Is appeal from the ECSC to the Privy Council allowed? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.153.96.35 (talk) 07:00, 13 February 2011 (UTC)

I would think the ECSC is not the last resort and an appeal to the JCPC is allowed, with the exception of Dominica and Saint Lucia who seem to have replaced the JCPC with the Caribbean Court of Justice.----Bancki (talk) 13:13, 13 November 2015 (UTC)
