Removed bias in article
A part of the article seemed to have been written by someone against the government in place. The problem is the bias, saying the abstention rate implies a rejection of the government in place. There is a lot to say about voters psychology, but usually citizens who do not vote do it because they don't see the point of voting, and not because they reject the government.
