Isn't there a copyright issue?

I would hate to delete wikified text, but unless Perlis put his article into public domain or GPL'ed it, I think I'll be forced to. Opinions? --Uncle Ed 21:20, 24 Sep 2003 (UTC)

Title

According to most references, Perlis' article is actually called Epigrams on programming. In the Turing tarpit article, there was a link to the inexistent Epigrams On Programming article, which I changed to point here. Should we rename this article?rbonvall 22:36, 2005 May 31 (UTC)
