I wouldn't say the assumption that "massage parlour" is an euphemism for "brothel" is strange, although it did make for a humourous misunderstanding.Kelvinc 16:36, 30 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Yeah Yeah Yeah

Who Cares?--Crestville 22:23, 31 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Evidently, we do. Just that I thought that thinking "massage parlour" = "brothel" isn't really evidence of strangeness, since the euphemism is used.

I'm not aruguing with you, I quite agree, I just can't think of a realistic method of changing it without altering important elements of the article. (Also, although it is a common euphemism, in the content it is used - considering Phoebe is his sister - you have to admit that is strange). (Also also, who's we?)
Yah, I can't think of any way to change to article as well. And now that I just re-watched the episode in question, yah it is sorta strange: he just kinda assumed that everything would be loopy and such "in the city", as he puts it. I suppose it's hard to provide the right amount of context: the euphemism isn't usually a sign of weirdness, but in the episode it is. I guess my only advice is for people to watch it themselves.  ;)
"We" = users Crestville and Kelvinc, the only people to post here.

Oh, ok, fair enough

Child Bearing age.

I won't put it back untill i'm sure, but I think they did say that Alice was past child bearing age, or something to that effect. Also, it's fairly implicit, but i could be wrong.
