The claim is made that Cornewall "graduated" as Master of Arts from Oxford. I am myself an Oxford MA, but even today this is NOT a graduate degree in the normal sense. It simply signifies that I have passed a period of seven years since matriculation and have paid for admission to Congregation. If Cornewall took a first degree that would be what is normally meant by "graduation", but it would NOT have been Master of ArtsDelahays (talk) 18:03, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
