Bohemia

NIE and AmCyc seemed to contradict each other in regard to the timing of his activity in Bohemia, but consulting the German Wikipedia, apparently there were two periods of operation there and AmCyc mentions the earlier (1632), and NIE mentions the later (after 1634).
