Kenneth Kermack was a highly notable academic. 40+ years of academic publications, many in 'prestigious' journals. He is even listed on the 'famous members' website of UCL alongside Sir Gavin de Beer and Sir Ray Lankester. http://www.ucl.ac.uk/gee/about/famous-members For this reason I will remove the notability flag recently set on this article Metacladistics (talk) 17:52, 21 November 2013 (UTC)
