WikiProject Georgia (U.S. state) To-do:

Here are some tasks awaiting attention:

Stephen Vincent Benet added.

I added writer Stephen Vincent Benet to the Arts section. His father served as Commander of the Augusta Arsenal when Benet was young, and Benet lived and wrote there. The house in which they lived is now the President's House for the Augusta State University...and it was named a national historical landmark in 1971. I was going to reference this, but was unable to figure out how to do so correctly. (I'm hoping someone can add that info.) For reference info, see Wikipedia article Stephen Vincent Benet House. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.220.195.106 (talk) 17:59, 4 June 2009 (UTC)

Famous Music Producer born in Augusta Ga Neely Plumb

Neely Plumb needs to be added to the Wikipedia list of notables from Augusta Ga. Verifiable is that he was music producer for The Sound of Music; Good Bad and Ugly; True Grit and others. He as born in downtown Augusta Ga on 11/17/1912 and grew up in Augusta playing in a street band on Telfair Street according to my Mother who was born 1914 and watched them playing from her home on Telfair St. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:100:8001:D285:800A:F08C:A4AF:E1EA (talk) 15:06, 13 November 2015 (UTC)

Hulk Hogan

why isn't Hulk Hogan anywhere on this list? He is one of the most well known wrestlers (former and current) of all time. The page for him says he was born in Augusta, Georgia. NintendoTTTEfan2005 (talk) 02:53, 26 March 2023 (UTC)

Never mind, he is in the actors section. NintendoTTTEfan2005 (talk) 02:58, 26 March 2023 (UTC)
