El Cortez Litigation

The El Cortex Litigation should not be so prominent. It's clearly in there just to cast aspersions on Zucchet. It includes more content than the corruption scandal which was obviously much larger. Zucchet had little or no involvement in the Cortez problem, there are no citations and readers may not know that these types of lawsuits are extremely common. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pbreit (talk • contribs) 02:31, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

I had the same reaction to the "El Cortez" section of this article. It has little or nothing to do with Zucchet. Since I see that someone else had the same reaction, I am deleting the section. --MelanieN (talk) 16:17, 21 November 2009 (UTC)MelanieN
