Mimamsa, not Purva Mimamsa
Mimamsa is a discipline of its own. When it is applied to the Karma Kandha of the Vedas it is called Purva Mimamsa. When applied to the jnana-khanda it is called Uttara Mimamsa. In this case he applied Mimamsa principle to dharma sastras. So it should said that he applied Mimamsa, not Purva Mimamsa. van Lustig (talk) 02:35, 17 June 2023 (UTC)
