Please insert current logo with dates
Suggest inserting midway through section: Acquisition by Ronald N. Stern (?)file:OUTtv_Canada_2021.png
- Reason for the change: Updates page by adding current logo with active dates. Further aesthetic suggestion: Reduce purple OUTtv logo size from 150px to 125px, update caption format, ad alt description (as shown here) to better match sizing/format of other OUTtv logos on the page.
- Reference supporting current logo with ‘from’ date of 2021: https://deadline.com/2021/03/outtv-media-group-producer-entertainment-group-outtv-usa-lgbtq-diversity-representation-inclusion-1234723463/ --Oshentree (talk) 00:39, 11 April 2024 (UTC)

- Hi Encoded, thanks again for all your help. Are you able to change the current logo caption to read: Logo from 2021 to present. Here is the company website showing the currently active network logo. https://outtvglobal.com/ (I just wanted to offer verification that it's still the 'present' logo) --Oshentree (talk) 23:30, 11 April 2024 (UTC)

- @Oshentree: I noticed it said disregard at the top, does that mean you no longer want this edit request answered? ARandomName123 (talk)Ping me! 21:47, 6 May 2024 (UTC)
- Hi ARandomName123. It would certainly be great if the request was answered. I thought maybe it wasn't being done due to the lack of an impartial enough source. I was thinking I could update the source later without deleting the request, but maybe that was not the correct way to go about it. If you think the source I have here is ok though, I will update my request by removing the strikethrough and "Disregard."Oshentree (talk) 00:15, 7 May 2024 (UTC)
- @Oshentree: If you have a better source (preferably one that isn't just an casting call) feel free to ping me and I'll implement the edit. If not, just remove {{edit COI}} from this section. On a side note, the most probable reason your request hadn't been answered is that there simply isn't enough editors to handle all the requests, so some may languish in the queue for quite a while without a response or even a look. Please replace two citation needed tags with these sources
- Specific text to be edited: In mid-2006, OutTV ventured into its first international market when it reached a deal with SelecTV to distribute the network on its lineup in Australia through a package called "CurveTV".[citation needed] However, in early 2007, OutTV and the CurveTV package was discontinued due to a low number of subscriptions.[citation needed]
- Here are two sources that may be helpful in meeting the citation needed requirement:

Please update title display (case only)
- Specific text to be edited: Please update the case of the article title to match its most common usage. WP:TITLETM Remove phrase "(stylized OUTtv)" from first paragraph of article. MOS:TMSTYLE
− | + | OUTtv (Canadian TV Channel) |
- Reasons for the change: 1. Following WP:TITLETM "Article titles follow standard English text formatting in the case of trademarks, unless the trademarked spelling is demonstrably the most common usage in sources independent of the owner of the trademark." OUTtv is the widespread use of style, independent of the trademark owner as proven by the article's citation references; 2. OUTtv is identified as OUTtv in the 2024 CRTC ownership chart at CRTC; 3. OUTtv style is in use on other WP pages: List_of_programs_broadcast_by_OUTtv; OUTtv - Wikidata. 4. Consistency within article, WP:CONSISTENT. OUTtv is currently being displayed inconsistently (OutTV and OUTtv) within this page.
- References supporting change: See style OUTtv commonly used on this page's citations independent of trademark owner; also CRTC

- Hi RandomName123. I really appreciate you doing this, thank you. But, I think in changing the title case you inadvertently removed the space between OUTtv and (Canadian TV channel), forcing a redirect. It was my understanding a case change would not have cause a redirect. Is it possible to undo and just update the case to avoid the redirect? WP:UNDOMOVE and WP:DISPLAYTITLE. - @Oshentree: Hi, yes, you are correct. I readded the space after the first move, so it should be fine now. The accidentally created redirect has also been tagged for speedy deletion. Please lmk if there are any other issues. Thanks, ARandomName123 (talk)Ping me! 01:16, 7 May 2024 (UTC)
