Birthplace

Does anyone have a source that clearly says where Casspi was born? This article has said 3 or 4 different things. Zagalejo^^^ 01:19, 14 February 2010 (UTC)

Euroleague stats

The Euroleague is notable -- qualifies a player for a wp page, because it is notable -- and of course we routinely reflect Euroleague stats, just as we reflect NBA stats. When a player also plays for the NBA, that's not reason to delete his Euroleague stats. I've therefore restored them (though I wasn't the first to input them). Though with a ref -- the the Euroleage site. --Epeefleche (talk) 23:08, 1 October 2014 (UTC)

"The Euroleague is notable... because it is notable" - what the author wanted to say? Player plays for the club which is part of the NBA, he issigning contract with club, and not league. Second thing to mention, Israeli or any other domestic / regional European league is not common for creating a stats table. That would lead to creation of bunch of stats tables in articles, which is, in my opinion, highly undesirable to happen, for readers at first. So how we deal with it? By mentioning in text some basic stats (ppg, rpg, apg etc.)--AirWolf talk 23:18, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
If I understand you, you don't believe Euroleague stats are notable. My point is this. Just as NBA stats are notable because the NBA is a notable league ... and its players are ipso facto notable by wp standards, the same holds true for the Euroleague. See here ("Basketball figures are presumed notable if they ... Have appeared in one game ... in the ... Euroleague, National Basketball Association... or a similar major professional sports league."). Epeefleche (talk) 00:00, 2 October 2014 (UTC)
I was talking about the Israeli league. Domestic competitions in Europe may be major (ACB League, VTB United League, even 2nd tier Eurocup), but we shouldn't put stats other than Euroleague, for players who play(ed) in Europe. That is what I'm talking about.--AirWolf talk 09:51, 2 October 2014 (UTC)

Please change the fact that he is part of the Golden State Warriors franchise, and not the Minnesota Timberwolves. 73.13.38.204 (talk) 23:12, 5 July 2017 (UTC)

NBA champion in infobox

Per WP:NBAHIGHLIGHTS, the Warriors championship in 2018 is not listed in Casspi's infobox because he was not on their playoff roster, having already been waived midseason. Please see here for past discussion on a similar case with Anderson Varejão. DaHuzyBru (talk) 16:14, 8 November 2018 (UTC)
