Move all of the optimus prime lore into a second page

This is a great way for regular, average people to get to the main details of the character, rather than being forced to read optimus primes many forms and incarnations.

Transformers comic

I'm amazed this article is almost 90 kilobytes long and still manages to completely ignore the existence of the Transformers comic books and Optimus Prime's appearances in them. Heck, the original Marvel comic even predated the cartoon show! JIP | Talk 14:37, 18 November 2019 (UTC)

  • shut up there's a whole page for comic optimus primes — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nytestorm1234 (talk • contribs)

Official word shown in the link above explicitly says Dion was never rebuilt and died during that episode. The episode's writer, David Wise, also says Dion died and Ariel was only saved because he realized she was similar to Elita One. Thus the speculation in the Optimus Prime page that Dion probably became Ironhide or Ultra Magnus should be removed. 2001:5B0:235E:C0E8:504B:21E3:172E:53E6 (talk) 18:36, 15 December 2021 (UTC)

Done I removed it, also this article is a dumpster fire of unsourced fancruft. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 18:46, 15 December 2021 (UTC)

Separating pages

I think we should make separate pages for the alternate versions of Optimus throughout the Transformers multiverse. If Superman, Batman and Spider-Man have dedicated pages for their own alternate selves, then Optimus can have them, too. In fact, he did. What do yous ay? Leader Vladimir (talk) 21:35, 9 April 2022 (UTC)

I have no personal objections, but each new article would require its own sourcing and a dedicated section on the character's reception. Dimadick (talk) 14:25, 12 April 2022 (UTC)
Yeah, that makes sense. Leader Vladimir (talk) 20:21, 12 April 2022 (UTC)
