explanation

I try to refrain from rewriting references, written by other people, any more than necessary.

My rewrite here changed {{cite web}} to {{cite news}}, for news publications. I changed the website field to work, which puts publication's names in italics. Author's names in articles are can be in either surname first, or given name first, but later authors are supposed to follow the lead of the article's original references. So I put all author names give name first.

Two references had the ":0" and ":1" in the <ref name="" /> field. A robot inserts names like this when it finds multiple instances of a single reference. I gave these human meaningful names. Geo Swan (talk) 15:16, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
