I have removed the related author/editor note. In my review of the previous editors, there are several, rather than just one editor. One editor did post on this talk page that they had met Miller, but clearly is not his family. Other editors seem to specialize in Boy Scout content and are not related based on their bios and geographic locations. I have gone through and removed any content that was not sourced, including his DOB. I also found and added better sources as much of the content relied on a resume shared by the BSA but that I believe may have originated with the subject of the article. Ideally, all content from this source should be removed or matched with a better source but I left some for now as Wikipedia is a process. I suspect there are more newspaper articles that would be independent of the BSA. Furthermore, the feature article that I found in the BSA magazine is compelling as to his possible notability.
