This BLP badly needs valid sources. The most used refernece is a broken link. There's an invalid link to a search page used as a reference and a link to a NY Times article that do not supports the information it's being used to support. The only valid reference is a link to a self-published page for an organization Mr. Cubero was once the president (but there's a limited amount of information that can be sourced to such a reference).
Since this is a blp, I stripped all unreferenced information in this edit. This article history can thus be used to restore any information that can be attributed to a reliable independent source. --damiens.rf 19:52, 15 August 2011 (UTC)
