...is a bit thin. It's simply "Serbs who happen to live in Vukovar". We don't really learn what we wouldn't learn elsewhere and, what's the most important, the article does not establish "Serbs of Vukovar" as a sui generis term. It is merely a description, and I could foresee dozens of articles in the same vein ("Serbs of X", where X is a town in Croatia or elsewhere). It is generally accepted that the topic itself has to receive attention from reliable sources, it is not sufficient to create a topic and then pick the facts to fill in.
You're right, though there might be some potential here. The article Battle of Vukovar mentions a distinction between two Serbian communities in Vukovar, based on date of immigration, that could be imported here and elaborated upon assuming it is covered in depth in reliable sources. An elaboration in relation to e.g. the migrations during the Ottoman wars would be useful, too. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 21:30, 8 November 2015 (UTC)
