Merger with Globe Handyphone/Touch Mobile article
I merged the Globe Handyphone/Touch Mobile articles with Globe Telecom as the surviving article since Handyphone and TM are only brands of the corporate entity and the information from the Handyphone/TM articles can be added to help improve the Globe Telecom article. plus, Globe Telecom has recently received approval from the NTC to directly handle the Touch Mobile service, hence, the enhanced "offers" which would have both TM and GHp users enjoying the same benefits of "same-network" offers such as unlitxt, et cetera. Subscriber numbers need not be separately reported as well since the two brands are now considered as "same network" brands.

- Even if Globe has direct control over Touch Mobile, they can still merit separate articles. There were previous requests to spin off Globe Handyphone (the mobile phone division) from Globe Telecom (the mother company), and that was done. The same can also be done with Innove Communications (the landline division) and Globe Solutions (the business division). It would be too long if everything about Globe went into one article; hence, the separate articles.
