The cause of the accident in the lede does NOT match the Investigation section of the article!! This needs to be addressed by editors involved. This is an In The News item today, so it's a bit embarrassing. Which is correct? 50.111.47.191 (talk) 08:14, 11 December 2019 (UTC)
