The correct encyclopedia title would be either Chiesa di San Nicolò da Tolentino or Church of San Nicolò da Tolentino, Venice..--Wetman (talk) 07:22, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

Corrected my post.--Wetman (talk) 01:13, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

Venice had been the home of the Theatines order in the city.

The sentence above, which opens the article, is very poor English and seems pleonastic. It really means no more than "Venice had been the home of the Theatine order in Venice." I propose to remove it. The article will then begin: "The Theatines arrived in Venice in 1527 after the Sack of Rome." METRANGOLO1 (talk) 08:36, 22 February 2023 (UTC)

I went ahead and removed it.METRANGOLO1 (talk) 10:32, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
