Imrpovements

I'm just gonna list some things I want to improve on this article.

  1. I'd like to shorten or simplify the content under the "Aftermath" heading, perhaps adding subheadings "2008" and "2009" or just a "Recent developments" heading.
  2. Revise the content under "Possible causes". I don't like the word "possible" in there, I'll see how to reword it.
  3. A general update of the article, seeing as to how the explosion happened a year ago now.

I'll try to do all this this week, I've forgotten about this article until now heh.--Richard (Talk - Contribs) 12:55, 10 August 2009 (UTC)

October 2009 Article Cleanup

I cleaned up alot of the tense issues with the article and removed some duplicated information. The article needs to be given a good once over as there is alot more that can be cut and condensed. I have tagged it for Grammar and for Cleanup. Eja2k (talk) 08:28, 26 October 2009 (UTC)

Shockwave

The article does not mention the shockwave that occurred after the blast. I would add information about it, but I can't find a source that doesn't lead to another video of the incident which I would rather avoid. NorthernThunder (talk) 21:43, 21 January 2010 (UTC)

Evacuated 401 Featured Picture Candidate

Currently there are three versions of the evacuated 401 pic in the featured pic nomination. Which one should be the photo used in the article?

Original - Highway 401, the busiest highway in North America, was closed during the 2008 Toronto Propane Explosion. Only one vehicle is seen driving on its typically crowded collector / express system.
Alternative - Color.
Color edited

I like the second one but I need more opinions. You can also vote for it as a featured picture HERE. Haljackey (talk) 16:28, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
