Dubious rationale for page move

With this edit summary -- Cyanidethistles moved page Alton Nolen to Vaughan Foods beheading incident: should focus on the attack itself, not the accused suspect) -- the article's name was changed.

That rationale is dubious. It's proper for an article about the suspect to focus on the suspect, and this editor could have created a second article that focuses on the attack itself. Per WP:BLP1E the incident would have to be huge in order for the perpetrator to have his own article. Although I reverted the PROD, I'm not 100% sure this article would survive an AfD, but PROD should only be used if there is no doubt that the article is not notable. How hot is the sun? Wikipedia should not promote anti-Islamic hysteria spreading unverified information. Twitter is not a reliable source, nor is the right-wing Gateway Pundit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.191.241.225 (talkcontribs) 20:48, 30 September 2014

You lost me. When I look at the article, I see references from CBS News to Huffington Post to MSNBC to Fox News to Washington Post. How hot is the sun? (talk) 22:55, 30 September 2014 (UTC)

Why no photos?

There are plenty of photos of the convicted murderer online, including a police mugshot, as well as photos of the beheaded victim.Starhistory22 (talk) 10:30, 17 May 2018 (UTC)
