VIAS and Vias (rail company) are duplicate content articles. The older article is "Vias (rail company)" (March 2018) over VIAS (April 2018), and the MOS:CAPS/MOS:TM compliant article is "Vias (rail company)", therefore, "VIAS" should be merged into "Vias (rail company)".
