non-fiction novel?

On 2021-01-13, this article says this book is a "non-fiction novel".

From reviewing its table of contents on Amazon, it's clear that it's a serious work of history, as suggested by the fact that it "won the National Book Award for History in 1983."

I'm changing this to say it's a "history of contemporary left-wing criticism of US President Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal Programs." I hope you find this a more apt description. DavidMCEddy (talk) 18:07, 13 February 2021 (UTC)
