Was Woodmoor annexed?

Did Monument annex Woodmoor at some point? A previous editor seems to think that the post office disallowing Woodmoor as an address is sufficient evidence, but I'm not so sure, and I couldn't find any other evidence that it was annexed. Does anyone have other evidence?

I live in Woodmoor. Monument doesn't want to annex us in no small measure because the low-density tax base won't support road maintenance. It's not that simple, of course, but bottom line, I assure you we get our mail in the Monument Post Office 80132, but we are an unincorporated area serviced by the county. — tbc (talk) 04:25, 24 December 2014 (UTC)
