Interwiki links are not external
Hello @The Banner:, this template links to Wikidata using interwiki links Help:Interwiki linking, not external links. It only does so where wikipedia articles are not (yet) available. As far as I'm aware there is no wikipedia policy that says don't do this, but please point me to the relevant policy if I'm mistaken Duncan.Hull (talk) 21:45, 24 August 2017 (UTC)
- It are fake links, as they do not point to an existing article or article on another Wikipedia. Not one of them. The correct form should to let it be red links, that is a far clearer invitation to write an article than a fake link to nothing. The Banner talk 22:15, 24 August 2017 (UTC)
