Born on July 22, 1983 in Detroit, MI. He lived there until the age of 8, when his family moved near Tampa, FL. He grew up and became good friends with the owner of comic shop Read More Comics. Upon graduation and a short one-year tenure studying English at the University of Tampa, moved back to Michigan to go to Washtenaw Community College. There he would study Journalism and become Arts & Entertainment Editor and Photography Editor for The Voice, WCC's award winning newspaper.
