My name is Walker Scout Kinsler and I'm currently a student studying as an undergraduate at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a double major in political science and history. I was born in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2002 and raised in nearby Morristown, Tennessee. For most of my life, I've been passionate about history, Star Wars, and the Tennessee Titans. I had a particular interest in the American Civil War while growing up. I'm now focused on my career of politics.

I created the username of WKHR by taking my first and last initials, and combining them with an abbreviation for House of Representatives.
