This sure is a shared IP address. Pretty much everyone who visits Wikipedia does so from an ISP-leased dynamic IP address fronting NAT to a number of systems sharing that connection. I agree that the contribution made by this IP address was poorly formatted, unsourced, bigoted, and vague. Students were disposed of? How... a woodchipper feeding into a large skip or something? Most telling is that the Edit Summary was conspicuously blank. Edits with black Edit Summaries are very rarely worthwhile.
