You have blocked me. I do not understand why you chose to do this.

First, I am not the user "Primetime", nor did I have the foggiest idea of what a "sock" was until I read his/her comments on your user page. I have been participating in Wikipedia for all of two weeks now.

Second, I did not contribute an "unsourced text dump". I did contribute a large amount of text to the article "History of the Jews in Latvia", which I have been painstakingly "wikifying" for a week or so now.

Third, the content itself was indeed "sourced". As I indicated at the bottom of the page, the article on Latvian Jewry will appear in the Encyclopaedia Judaica, 2nd edition, forthcoming this December, 2006. As I also indicated, this article was reproduced with the express consent of the publisher.
