jada toys

Hi, can you establish documented notability? The article as it stands is not encyclopedic. You might want to work on it on your userpage until it is ready, and then appeal the deletion at DRV.  :) Dlohcierekim 22:38, 29 May 2006 (UTC)

A few editing tips

  1. NEVER USE ALL CAPS unless you are shouting or sending a telegram.
  2. Articles should not sound like ads; read Wikipedia's policies on point-of-view for more info on this. You'll notice that other similar articles for Matchbox (toy company) and Hotwheels don't use advertising-like language. OhNoitsJamieTalk 06:31, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

No thanks

DUB CITY LIST and two similar lists was totally unencyclopedic. Do not attempt to re-post it.

Please read Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jada Toys. Obviously you are contributing to the wrong Wiki. Try http://radiocontrol.wikia.com -- RHaworth 07:27, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

Thanks, but I see no diecast info whatsoever at that site and I have absolutely no interest in RC.

I just left you a note at the discussion regarding the Jada Toys article. Looks like I missed you by only a few minutes. I think you misunderstand what Wikipedia is, which isn't a problem. Best I can suggest to you is to brush up on the tutorials and to change the theme of the article to better fit the fact that they're primarily a manufacturer of diecasts. What you'd done prior to my changes were more like advertising and not at all within the style guidelines. That's what caused the problem. Leave a response on the AfD page and I'll get back to you. lists

One difference between List of 2004 Hot Wheels and DUB City 1:18 releases is that some attempt has been made to format the Hot Wheels list properly and it does not consist of LOTS OF SHOUTING (ie. capital letters). You have not even managed to provide a link from your list to the Jada Toys article. Note that the Hot Wheels list is marked {{wikify}} - see if you can format the Dub City list better than the Hot Wheels list. -- RHaworth 06:12, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

I always hate to be negative. Why don't you put the lists of models on your own website? You can then create a link in the Jada Toys article to your website. -- RHaworth 17:54, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
